Excellent caramels!

I love the coffee caramels, they are a perfect texture...smooth and not too soft! A perfect on the spot dessert = a coffee caramel, square of dark choc, and a bit of sea salt:))

The caramels were a hit!! I gave them in baskets with wine and flowers for Mother's Day for my in laws, sisters, and my own mom. They received rave reviews. We tried sea salt, chocolate, and coffee and they were all consumed like wildfire!
